well, since most of you guys know, is been a while since nintendo announced that they are running a 3DS indie devkit for different game engines, and i was wondering, since we already can ask for the WiiU devkit as a construct2 developer, is there any chance that we will see a 3DS devkit for construct2 too? i mean, not now but in a near future (at least 1 year from now if is not in development)

The New 3DS might be possible, since it supports some HTML5, but I bet the performance isn't going to be any better than WiiU's ( someone tested it out here: http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2012/1 ... _u_browser)

Nope, not gonna happen. 3DS and New 3DS are simply too weak to run HTML5 games at a decent framerate.

I think this is definitely the key here, but I imagine maybe a turn-based (and text-based? ) game would be possible on New3DS.
