Hi there,

how can i Export my HTML5 Project exactly like in the Preview Mode (with the Border etc..)

Just apply the same CSS styles the preview uses - I think there's just a border with a radius as well.

Just view the source in preview, or use Chrome's developer tools to see how it's put together.

Out of curiosity, what makes the Preview build "worse" than the Export build? (I know I read in the Manual to avoid using the Preview build as your final build.)

akaButters - it includes various checks and logging to help with development, which are removed when exporting. This also helps exported projects run faster after export. Also the HTML for exported projects is different, so it won't actually work to use the preview HTML for publishing.
