DOM exception

Hi all,

I submitted a game to the Scirra arcade and Tizen's appbackr.

I received an email stating the following:

"Your submitted app does not qualify for a cash incentive. The comments from the scoring system is that the has DOM exception occurred when they run out of lives. "

I have no idea how to identify this Dom exception. I tried rung in the debugger but I don't receive any indication of an DOM exception.

Would appreciate any help.
