Completely New: Should I Use Construct 2 or 3?

Hello, first post. I'm excited to start using Construct to make games. I have never used it before. I see that Construct 3 is in beta. Should I go ahead and use it anyways to make my games, or should I use Construct 2 for now and wait until 3 is officially released?

There is literally no difference where you start. C2 and C3 have exactly the same workflow. As a beginner you probably won't use any of third party plugins or any of advanced stuff, so you can go ahead and start with C3.

I would actually start with C2. You can import your project into C3 later but not the other way around. And, while I like C3 a lot, it's still missing some stuff and has some bugs that are getting ironed out. In the near future? I'm sure C3 will be the answer. Right now? C2.
