I have recently found that exported games have slightly different colors on IOS in comparison to their desktop version. Put your iPhone/iPad next to your PC screen to check for yourself. Is that a normal behavior ? If so, is there a way to prevent this from happening ?

How big a difference?

Unless your greens are red, or blues are yellow, then slight differences in hues are to be expected.

Not that big of a deal. As you said, just slight differences in hues. I tried to find why but with no result, that's why I am asking here.

There's no way to tell which color is the "official" one: You monitor would have to calibrated to the finest standards for you to see the color as it should be...

The changes in color are expected even between devices, I have two iPads here at work and both of them show some difference (same brightness).
