Brought license entered code, nothings happend?

My girlfriend brought a license in the week everything worked fine and in minutes had the license. She brought one for me last night and gifted it to my account. Nothinhlgs happend though. Starting to get worried a bit is this normal when you gift a code?

Lol how embarrasing. Talk about sods law. Just emailed them came back here clicked on your medal which took me to the store and then i noticed my purchases... Which says when i clicked it claim license! Sorry for wasting your time thanks for the quick reply though. Much appreciated!
