Yes, there a book on amazon.

And if you search on youtube you will find tons of tutorials.

The tutorial section is full of info, and the manual is fantastically detailed.

There is however a book on Amazon written by a forum member IIRC.

Thanks for the book tip. I'll get some to buy, but from what I saw the tutorials on the site teach more than the book.
