Activating Your Personal License (With Pics)

Do you have problems with activating your personal license once you bought it? Or can't you find the "personal edition construct 2 download". ;)

The text file you download here is the license file you need to be able to run the personal version.

There is no "personal edition construct 2" to download.

If I'm not wrong you can put the text file in "My Documents" and Construct 2 will read the license automatically. If this does not work, this is what you do:

1. Put the text file somewhere you remember where it is.

2. Click the i in the top right corner inside C2.

3. I already have the license file loaded but where it says "view license" it should say something like "open license".

4. Go to where you saved the license, double click the license restart Construct 2 and you're done :) No problem.

Thanks just what I was looking for <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> .

I just copied the license file into the C2 folder. Easier to find and copy over when installing new versions.

For me it's easier and more convenient to store the license file at my documents but thats just me:)

I tried downloading the license but I got an error screen. What should I do?
