High Pass and Low Pass Image Filter?

Hi All,

I've searched around the forum here but haven't specifically found a high-pass and low-pass effect/filter... Does anyone know if one exists?

Hey Gigatron, any further updates for low-pass?

Typically in terms of images, low-pass means blur, and high-pass means sharpen. There are some built-in blur effects and there may be other third party blur/sharpen effects.

I have not forget this, can you use simple blur ? Or i can mix some blurs fx in one (Like all in one ).

Hi Gigatron, the hi-pass effect works well on images, however, when I try to apply it to a Text Object in C2, all of the text simply turns to solid blocks of colours... The Gausian blur effect cited in this thread does seem to work with C@ text objects...

This happen in C2 Editor but when project running it's working.

Are you tried to change color of text ?

Gigatron neither work for me... I create a new project ... Add a text object ... Add Hi-Pass effect to it, and text turns to blocks. After previewing via the web, the text is still blocks... ('clamp' and 'comp on BG' both 0)

Text colour is default black
