[effect] Reflect FX

I forgot this fx and update demo ;

A game made on C2 on twitter have this sort of fx... don't remember but a player on a horse game i think;

This fx wobble certain area of Layout (20%) and some other nice x pixel displacement function from Shadertoy was used

to create water style fx ;

20% of layout mean i must set platforme position upper than the water position <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink">

wobble enable disable flag: wobble speed, frequency,amplitude

reflection amp,freq and of course reflection colors parameters were added

Hot in UK also, but I'm mainly playing 'No Mans Sky' and 'Obduction'. Not a big fan of the sun :/

You set the reflect y pos to 1.0;

So i see the problem and going to resolve this ;(parallax value cause this issue).

Because I wanted it to affect the entire surface of the tile object, what should I set it to then?
