3. click on the label

4. CANCEL the purchase

Observed result:

successful purchase event triggered

Expected result:

failed purchase event triggered

Closing as not a bug. Your .capx is in test mode, and when pressing cancel by default the return code is set to S_OK meaning success. If you change it to something else like E_FAIL it triggers the error handler. This is just confusing UI in the Windows 8 test mode (which Microsoft made, not us).
