update 168 erro

Problem Description

the version 168 of construct 2 crash the software, and when i open new project pop-up says "load library failed whith erro 126"

This is unlikely to be an error with Construct 2 as thousands of people are successfully using it.

It is much more likely to be an issue with your computer, but as you have provided virtually no information, there is probably nothing anyone can do to help you.

What OS? GPU? Memory?

Have you tried a clean install of the latest beta?

Try uninstalling the current version, reboot, install r169 (link at bottom of page)..

Also make sure your graphic driver is up to date.

Also, please use the but reporting template as it makes it much easier to get the required info.

Error 126 is "The specified module could not be found." Check C2 is installed correctly. Closing as bug guidelines not followed so I can't offer any other advice.

I uninstalled and downloaded the new version, the error persists.
