[R99] Can't edit variables without instance

1) Create new project

2) Right click on Object types

2.1) Insert new object

3) e.g. Button -> Insert

3.1) Press the Escape key

4) Right click on button -> Instance variables

5) Try to add new variables with default value and try to edit it

6) You have no chance! <img src="smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

From time to time I see the value varies for an number type!?

This is currently by design - instance variables are stored in object instances, and if you have no instances (because you didn't place one), there are no instance variables to show or edit! I know it's a little confusing, but it's difficult to improve on. I'll try and think of a way. For the time being, just make sure you have at least one instance of every object type.
