[r148]Touchxy bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the capx on ipad(3)

2. touch and drag

3. Try not to laugh at the wand

Observed result:

Particles, and wand are not at touch xy in non full screen mode

Expected result:

Touch xy should be the same in all on modes.

Browsers affected:

Chrome: no

Firefox: no

Internet Explorer: no

Ipad 3: yes

Safari on win: no

Operating system & service pack:

7 64

Construct 2 version:

    148

Note: Touch xy are correct in fullscreen mode.
