My point was more around the more testing we do before submitting the bug, the more information we include around the circumstances that it occurs, the quicker they can fix it as they don't have to spend the time looking around as much.
If you say it happens in all three browsers, they don't have to do as much initial testing across all the browsers and can focus on the issue itself.
