1. Simply Press the preview,Make the browser to internet explorer

Observed result:

Bug not present for me on Windows 8.1, project runs just fine (Construct 160.02).

Do you have any 3rd party plugins that could be causing the bug?

Internet Explorer 8 doesn't support HTML5 games! If you are using IE8, then we will close this as won't fix - time to get a better browser.
