Failed to convert ogg

I use windows vista and every time i try to import music (.wav), i get a error that "failed to convert ogg. need windows +7 to con..."

With my previous projects, i didn't get this error, but now i get this error too on them and i didn't change anything on c2. Do i really need windows +7 or i have a chance to do sth else?

Closing, please follow the bug report guidelines, and include the affected .wav. It likely is an unusual codec that is not supported by the OGG encoder, try using 16-bit PCM at 44.1KHz. And yes, you need Windows 7+ to encode AAC, or you can just encode them yourself with a separate tool.
