Construct 2 crashing in 64 bit window 7 system

Problem Description

I have buy new pc

1TB HDD

8GB Ram 64bit

i3 4th Gen

problem is

when i start C2 it crashes each time.

Expected Result

C2 should open to do some work

Operating System and Service Pack

i have window 7, 64bit

One of the requirements is to ensure you are using the latest version of C2. Your reasoning for not using the latest doesn't make any sense - there is no performance difference (hit wise) between the versions.

when i start C2 every thing is ok

but when i click on file then program close appear with this message

when i click HOME | VIEW | EVENT then software is ok but when i click file

its happening every time

That type of problem is usually faulty graphics drivers, check they are up to date.

if you know what are the reasons the pls help whats happening

It's probably still your graphics drivers. The latest versions can still be broken. Drivers are the #1 cause of crashes in C2. There's not a lot you can do I'm afraid, except maybe try another system.

I have upgrade my PC window 7 to Window 8.1 now its working fine.
