Use Scirra Windows 8 template

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new Windows 8 Project

2. Add description & author

3. Export project to Windows 8.0

4. Open .sln in VS 2013 Ultimate Preview

Observed result:

Solution loads, but project is unavailable.

"This project requires a higher version of Windows to load."

Expected result:

Should be able to open project.

Browsers affected:

Irrelevant

Operating system & service pack:

Windows 8

Edit: or export app targeting VS2012 and open innthat version.

Hi,

I believe I should be able to load in vs 2013 (backward compatibility). I exported for Window 8.0 / vs 2012.

However Win 8.1 comes out next week, so I'll update.

You need VS2012 to export for Windows 8.0. Your bug report says you used VS2013, which is the wrong version.
