What does a shake look like?

Up and down or left to right or both combined?

If you know what it should look like, it shouldn't be hard to create with either one of the build in behaviours or some events setting the position (maybe even rotation?) of the sprite..

Just need to shake left or right and back to current. please advise

  • I'm not sure what kind of movement you are looking for,.

You might want to rotate it around a point outside of the sprite..

move it left and right and back with any of the built in behaviours..

    Sine could do it..

    bullet behaviour could..

It all depends on the way you'd like the movement to look..

  • I know it was asked a long time ago but in case someone else has the same question...

    I'm thinking in:

    • a fast Sine behaviour?
    • create an animation of the object with the left and right frames and set it when 'touched'?
  • Have you seen this behaviour by luizgama ?

It is like camera shake but on sprites instead.
