  • I was thinking about my UI, does it need an about page at the main menu to say about the author and other information?

What do you guys think is this needed?

  • My vote would be for not needed. Any branding or versioning information could easily go on the main menu page. I don't see a reason to hide it on a page that takes an extra click to get to, and another to get away from.

  • Nope, at this time I'm working for a game company that has no attribution of any form. There is a company splash screen and then from there you will never know who is involed.

The only attribution is through Linkdn in groups. You don't need it.

  • Thanks for the reply's, I see your points I think I will leave it out.

    much appreciated!

But how will people lavish me with personal praise and throw bouquets of flowers at my feet?

    Nice sarcasm

Wouldn't it be nice to have a compliment centre in the real world, where happy customers could say what a great job you do; instead of the complaints centre, where people somehow think it's your fault they had to stop at a red light that morning or their kids ran out of their favourite breakfast cereal.

  • Lol ye that would be quite different.
