[Plugin] Character(s) replace - deprecated

Hi,

this is a plugin for replacing character(s) in a string.

There is only one expression <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle"> :

replaceChar("oldCharacter(s)","newCharacter(s)","theText",0 or 1)

0.. replace only first match in the text

1.. global replacement

Great Plugin!

More and more users are making it so we can use C2 for applications aswell as games! It's truly great <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

Um, don't mean to burst your bubble, but there are two expressions under system.

find(src, text)

replace(src, find, rep)

System expressions

Agreed with newt.

I would rather avoid listing this plugin as it is better to go with the system expression whenever possible.

In this case I'm not sure your plugin provides a "more useful" function than the one already present in C2.

ok. haven't seen that's already built in.

Why not just add more to the plugin? That way it has a purpose <img src="smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
