  • Thanks man for replying. I was waiting for someone to reply for 2 days now, pheww what a relief. BUT

    I used FIrefox, Chrome. I used 7-Zip, Winzip, Winrar. Nothing Works

    You know what, I even tried uploading two more items into the store and successfully uploaded but they are all less size comparing to this one. This is 30 MB. I guess that's the problem.

    that might be a issue , i think, all my assets aren't bigger then 10-20 mb, so i never got these problems. maybe in future keep them low? but seen people with assets over 200 mb actual i downloaded a graphic pack that has 315 mb so i wander how he managed to upload it ! O.o the mystery of internet! for sure youl get a proper and more complex 2 words answer from the people responsible for that area !:) keep it true!

  • try using Firefox, i guess your using chrome? if not try other browsers, as far as i see your zip archive is corrupted(not properly wrapped) which may happen if your using some custom compressions, try 7-zip and just use the right click function add to zip on my side there is no issue with that section!

  • im guessing your actor is a main actor, and you want to create some sort of slowmotion physics effect, you can do that by checking platform behavior i think, and platform behavior has its own gravity system, which is kinda better then the actual physics, just sometimes fails at collisions as any physics in c2 at the moment, and passes through objects if the forces are to high, anyway

    so what you could do for a slowmotion effect for jump is when platform is jumping, set gravity force(original is 9.8 i think) set it to 2.5 then after 2/3 seconds using wait random(2,3) set gravity force back to normal that will make your character slowmotion gravity pull, however other objects will have the same speed, since your only doing this to 1 char, but you could use also timescale to lower the timespeed of gameplay i have something similar using in a game template il upload in scirra soon, its doing the same effect, as earn to die gamepplay, i hope we talking about same thing!

    for rotating the object 20 pixels, and make it smooth, you have to use the rotate toward angle function 1 pixel and angle you want to turn, that will make your char if its in original position which is 0 angle if you want it to spin clockwise, (right ) youl have to say rotate toward angle 20 by 1 pixel now you can do this in so many ways, just depends which suits your best interests, there are a few how do i posts if you search them will answer your questions, this main thing is basically a regular question here!:)

  • thats an awesome ideea actually, could work, as container objects do, just select the object as an option,.. so usefull though .. but i guess wold be harder a bit since will need to automatically create on start the pin to object event.

  • you can find a templatehere needs a bit work, but the main engine is the same as adventure capitalist, hope it helped you, dident had time to update it, since requires graphics, and those are kinda time consuming on my side! but if you get it in this stage youl get access to future updates also!

  • you can always export for scirra arcade

    yes arcade has a checkbox if you pay attention on the steps you have to follow, the last one list has a work in progress checkbox if you set that then you'd be ok !

    its not an low spec machine but not a top notch, the cpu usage was between 40-70% replayed it a few times, sometimes was spiking on Firefox pretty high but i guess by other 50 tabs was the fault! however, after i closed all and only played the demo, the cpu usage went and kept staying at 40% its pretty decent for a computer game, but if you can lower it at 25 30% cpu usage from what i have i think all sorts of pcs can play it!

    my spec machine, quad core i7 3.5ghz 1 gb vRAM 4 gb RAM and some poor SSD 512GB

    i hope i can update it soon i want a better machine, i want to be able to build a monster with my computer a damn 3d game but i lack power for renders and other stuff

  • played your alpha game there is a small glitch that lasts for like half a second, if you facing left or right and jump and while in air you keep pressed the opposite direction of character direction when landed the character will move forward 1 or 2 steps then stops and goes to the direction of arrows pressed it will be good if you could fix it , for near edge future game plays.

    how to recreate:

    jump

    in air if character facing left press and keep right arrow down

    in air if character facing right press and keep left arrow down

    when character lands will move the direction its facing at landing 2 steps in front then stops and goes towards arrow key direction

    also there is a slight problem with the game , when you try to jump under the bridge to next gap, it pushes u in front forcing you almost to fall in pit, its kinda annoying cause i want to explore

    overall of game looks awesome, keep at it and will become some big thing

    btw if will be a browser based game, you might want to lower ticks, the cpu utilization here is around 68 75% and i admit i don't have a to new computer, a i7 quad core 3.5 GHz only
