I really want help please! I want to take a Snapshot on mobile, when in preview, It Works, but after I export(using PhoneGap) and test on my phone(Redmi Note 8) doesn't work! I use Construct 2 lastest version. I don't use any plugin and i don't want use.
And i am having the same problem with User Media, it Record my game on preview and save, but on mobile it don't save!!!
Please Help!!!!
