As it stands, it's of no use to me, it slows down the editor like never before, I have more than 12,500 objects in my scene, unique objects (1 cube with 11 images) and the bar slows down the editor enormously, when I select an instance in my scene, it takes a few seconds before selecting it and if I select several one after the other, the time adds up, it's a great initiative but not compatible with my project .
For me something like this is worth at least €1 billion and even more lol!
Imagine that he manages to make a data compression codec as crazy as that, ok well it's not at all the same thing yes, but hey, it would have been crazy from crazy!
I had to reduce the size of an image of a sky which is 6000 x 4000 pixels, size of the image in PNG = 37 MB, and I tried to put it in Avif format:
Without loss = 19.6 MB, not bad at all, but actually useless because Jpg maximum quality, much better, 16.6 MB!
But it gets interesting afterwards, although I haven't done any tests with JPG with reduced quality, it's too complicated to do this kind of thing.
So I tried Avif maximum quality but with losses = 9.28 MB, nice!
Then quality 50% and then something crazy, not even 60KB even though the quality remains very good!
Well, it's a blue sky with clouds so there's no need for great quality, we don't care, yes but still, it's just crazy, I don't even realize actually that much it's crazy, we're talking about an image that's still 24,000,000 pixels, that's not nothing, how do they manage to achieve such a feat?!!!
So this codec is really crazy and what kills me is that it's free!!!
...
Oh yes, but you'll need to include a parameter allowing you to choose the loss, with or without, and if so, to choose the degree of loss.
I've just done some image tests with Gimp (it supports all these formats) with Avif and Jxl in maximum quality, real tests because I looked at the pixels with a zoom * 8 on each image, original, Avif and Jxl, conclusion:
Jxl in first position
Avif in 2nd position
Both without loss (in any case no difference even with 800% zoom, same colometry too.
Then there's Webp in position 3, also lossless.
As for loss, I haven't really looked, it's difficult to judge because there are so many parameters to take into account, so when I judge a codec, it's on maximum quality, but it's true that they're very good.
I don't know how they manage to make such high-performance codecs, but it's incredible.
Hello, please can you help me, here's my problem, I don't know how to do it and I'm desperately looking and no one is helping me.

Hello, is anyone there?
Any answer ?
Hello, when are you going to translate the "flowchars" module into French, because it should be done by now, shouldn't it?
More examples on how to use it would be great, thanks.
Whaouuuu nice thank !
Yes, you have accomplished great things this year and we are very proud of you, you really did it!
Thank you to the whole team!
Hello, it's not clear what you are saying, I think that other examples would be welcome to understand the 3D effects.
Hello,
Finally!!!
I've been waiting for this for a long, long time!
I imagine that it must have been a colossal job, although I don't realize it.
A big thank you to the team!
No but construct 3 is not a 3D game creation engine, it's already huge what they did there, while remaining very simplistic!
Maybe in the future they'll do it, but it could complicate things a lot, maybe a real 3D module.
Personally, I think it's already excellent what they did!
So don't ask too much, it's a golden team, we never saw that, it's the best editor that exists, the simplest, so once again the team, you're crazy and we love you, well me anyway ^^
Hi, you guys are great!
Always more surprises, always higher, always more powerful!
The new 3D camera and pointer are great!
How to make fake 3D with 2D, and beautiful 3D anyway!
Hats off to the team, frankly you did it!
And all this relatively easily, while on some software, like Multimedia Fusion, Multimedia Fusion developper, etc, and their damn module with two balls "FireFly" or you understand thatdal...... well ok it's not of the same level ok, here it's simple 3D but still, here we can now make false 3D quite realistic easily!
You just scored some precious points with all this (again)!
I admire your work guys!
Construct3, the game creation software that crushes all others ^^
Congratulations !
That's impressive!
I take my hat off to you!
Construct 3 is more and more powerful and for me the best game editor, you have to see the possibilities it offers!
This 3D module which is a 3D simulation makes Construct 3 even more attractive!
I can, like others, only congratulate you for your hard work, you are a "golden" team!
In your 3D module, it would be very nice to be able to change the orientation of the view, maybe it is already possible, for example to be able to look where I want, the sky for example, to move the camera to see where I want (Up, down, etc).
In the future, to improve your example, to be able to jump too, jump on blocks, etc.....
Soon we will be able to make a "quake", well it is already possible ^^
Congratulations!
There is still this problem that you can't solve, but really should: The Sprite with vertical&horizontal Blur will be pasted on the Drawing canvas with an offset #2624.
Good luck team !
