Overlay is not working in Linux. Is there a way to fix this?
JSZip causes the program to crash when Worker is enabled (default) in project settings. Is there a fix for this?
Can you provide an updated link for the mas.zip file? I've been pushing back my release date until I can get my OSX version notarized.
Thanks, I’ll look into that. I’m pretty good with JS, but wasn’t sure if there was a JS wrapper that did more than just the webAPI Steamworks stuff.
Upon further investigation, it looks like it's not a Construct issue, it's a plugin issue. I'm using Greengrinds, which is based on Greenworks, since I have to have Steam stat API access. I was able to resolve it by downloading an updated Greenworks custom prebuilt node to use with Greengrinds. I may still end up having to go back to Unity though because I've realized there is no support for Steam workshop integration in C3 officially or via 3rd party plugins. The last plugin to support it was for C2 only.
After upgrading to version 1.5.0, I'm getting artifacts left behind from the overlay popups in the offscreen areas such as when using letterbox scaling or monitors with various aspect ratios outside the viewport.
Also, would it be possible to add workshop support and an option for overlay to open to the game page (useful for demos with a “Buy Now” button on the main menu)?
Yes, Export for Steam is enabled on my exports. Another issue I have is on the latest version of dwjs, the Linux port won't open the overlay. I'll submit a bug report for both, though I'm not sure the proper way to submit a minimal project required by the bug report process to demonstrate it since it is specific to running the application from Steam.
I reported to them about the Steam overlay leaving artifacts when using any letterbox scaling almost a year ago, but the issue never got fixed. This plugin has been the only solution I’ve found that solved it.
I'm using the latest version of Construct and still very much need this addon.
Been waiting a year for them to repost the dead link that is required to follow this tutorial.
I can't add files to the package.nw files after renaming them to zip files or when using third party tools like 7Zip or Winrar. I can normally add files to other zip files, but these seemed to be locked down.
How do I do this if there are several instance variables in each object type that I want to keep in the object instead of the family? I have hundreds of places across multiple event pages where each of the objects I want to combine into a family are used in different ways, but I want to combine their like features, and each object type has a large number of instance variables.
