  • Hi,

    I want construct to keep running my game even when the window is unfocused. For my game mechanics it's not suitable to save te "stop time" and then calculate the delta when player re-focus the game window, I need to be able to still run the game while player is doing more stuff on his computer. I've been reading several post and questions and haven't been able to find a suitable solution.

    Is there anything that can help? or should I be considering reading SDK to develop a plugin on my own.

  • Hmm same thing and the arcade picture wont update and its a png and its 450,300 so theres no problems it just wont upload maybe Ashley or Tom could have a look for us.

    Still unanswered...

  • I still haven't been able to update and I had to delete my previous published game, I wouldn't like to do that again... I know arcade is Beta but this is really a problem... can anyone from scirra help?

  • Hi! I'm trying to upload an update to my recently posted game but arcade stills indicating that some of the files "already exist" in a local server path:

    "The file D:\\FromC\\V4Arcade\\games\\25466\icons\loading-logo.png already exists."

    I tried deleting some of those files from the zip to try it out but the error still comming so I guess this is a bug on the platform.

    Can you advise?

    Are you certain you have posted this in the correct forum section?

    This section is for the - now retired - Construct Classic section, which leads me to think you have posted this here in error.

    You probably want one of the 'How Do I' forum sections for either C2 or C3.

    Sorry, this post was meant to be for construct 3 "How do I" section... just realized that...

  • Hello community!

    I recently got involved in game development and most recently in construct. I found it incredibly fun and easy to use and lets a lot of my ideas get right in to motion instead of just coding, that has been a great feeling specially when you just want to see things working and not just tons of lines of code before it actually has some good play feeling.

    I hope I can make my way through video games and as many of you I'd love to do this professionally, since it is not my actual career now.
