  • What type of audio file did you import? Your event is right but it doesn't work. I imported a sound of my own and it worked. When I look in the Sounds folder, the sound that I imported is italic but yours is not.

  • "I have a global variable for score that increases by 1 every time an obstacle is destroyed after moving off-screen."

    Let's say you have a variable for your player called HealthVar and when the game is over that HealthVar is set to 0. For the score variable you can then add a second condition so it only increase if HealthVar is 1 or higher.

  • Hi there!

    I have been struggling with this for hours now and I have Googled so much that my fingers will soon bleed! When I use MobileAdvert to build an APK for Android, it works great but when I do the same for iOS it doesn't work. I use Xcode, not Phonegap. I know that at least one other person have this problem, anyone else? If not, do you have any suggestions on what the problem can be?

  • DavidA13 it doesn't work for me either when I use Xcode and MobileAdvert. You wouldn't happen to have found a solution to this problem? Very frustrating!

  • Yes, I'm using MobileAdvert but I haven't tested the app yet to see if it's working. I'll let you know tomorrow when I've tested it.

    Maybe Ashley knows what the App identifier is?

    I am just about to upload my first free game to Apple's app store. The only thing I have left is to make it possible to rate the game. I am using the Share plugin and now I'm going to type in the "App Identifier" and I was wondering what this is? I would be super-grateful if you could help me out with this.

  • paradine I also like your game, I'm only on level 8 at the moment though. I gave the game a 5 star rating on Google Play. The name on Google Play is Tap & Clap but in the game it says Tap & Clapp so maybe you want to fix that. Anyway, great game :)

  • I'm playing your game now, my best score is only 56 at the moment but I'll keep playing :)

    I would suggest a play button after you have died instead of having to click on the home button every time to restart the game. Also, I think you have to look over the collision polygons because you can get stuck if you land to early or maybe that was your intentions? I guess it is kind of fun that way because it makes it more difficult and I prefer difficult games. Anyway, I like it and I rated the game 5 stars on Google Play :)

  • Hi there!

    I have always had a problem with submitting highscore to Kongregate. It works but I have to stay on the page (layout) for several seconds before anything happens. If I start a new game immediately, then there's not enough time to submit the score. I assume I'm the one doing something wrong but I can't figure out what. Have you had the same experience? I have tried to submit score at end of layout, start of layout and even Every tick.
