    Could you give some help with the icon issue? I am trying to publish a definitely application almost 02 weeks. I published one app that it’s not okay and I want to fix it soon, but before I need to solve the icon issue. I uploaded all icons requested in the Intel XDK and still keeps showing the icon of intel.

    I'd say there are two things going wrong here.

    1) it's a bit unreasonable to generate 32 physics objects on top of the same location and not expect some problems

    I change it only in the example. In the real project I generate the squares in randomly Y positions

    2) Box2D web seems to definitely have trouble with this, locking the objects at odd locations.

    If you switch to Box2D asm.js, as the engine, it actually works better.

    (Also you need to get rid of the one object that is already in the layout, to control generating specific numbers.)

    I changed the physics engine to Box2D asm.js and I think the problem is gone, but I tested your capx too and least squares is being generated (21 on average instead of 32). Why?

    A last doubt: I tested the game on mobile and I saw that the movements of the squares is slow. It is because of physics behavior, right? Is there any way to optimize this? Thanks in advance.

    Sometimes only. Most often 30 or 31. I tried to put the value directly instead of variable and the same thing happens.

  • I intend to create 32 (numberBlocks) instances of a sprite with random frames, but sometimes are created 29, 30, 31instances. The rest of the script is okay.

    I have attached a print below. What could be wrong? Thanks.

    The game was accepted by iTunes Connect.

    I asked friends to test because I do not have an iPhone (android only) and I also was unable to simulate the app on my Mac. The game for Android was all right, but what was generated for iOS had some glitches that I still do not know how to solve .

    • Who tested said that the screen was not in landscape mode, even though I have defined this in C2 and also in the settings of Intel XDK.
    • The advertising of admob not appeared, ie the plugin did not work.
    • Once installed the intel's icon appears on the desktop instead the game's icon.

    If anyone knows how to solve the orientation issue and the problem of admob plugin, please tell me what to do.

    It is an educational game for kids to learn multiplication tables. I am grateful for any help.

  • R0J0hound: Sorry to reopen a very old thread, but I needed this solution. First of all, I wanted to thank you for sharing the file. I study it and adapted to my needs. I wonder if there is a way to put a list of words in the text object that will stay with the same color and if I can define a group of characters instead of using words. Thanks again.

    Sorry for delay. Something is wrong with my app and I'm trying to get support with Intel XDK team. I can't open the app in the iPhone and, in the emulator of intel xdk, occurs something wrong with the game and I don't know why.

    All apps that I builded for Android using the Intel XDK works very well, including the apks with admob.

    Once I get an answer from support and fix what is wrong, I will return to put my final impression on my experience with intel XDK for iOS.
