    PONG MASTER

    Do you remember those old-fashioned “pong“ type of games? So now imagine it in circle with unique design, challenging game-play and with lots of content! How much Score can you make?

    You have to keep the ball bouncing in the circle by moving your paddle and trying to hit all spawning points. It seems quite simple but imagine that there are many types of paddles, balls and points, each of them having their own unique behavior that influence the whole game-play. There is also a Score Multiplier that is rising during the time so the longer you survive, the larger your Score Multiplier will be. You can hit points in a row to make combos like Double Hit, Multi Hit etc. and with these combos your multiplier rises faster!

    Earn points as much as you can to rise your Total Score and you will be continuously unlocking new types of paddles, their tiers, balls and points.

    FEATURES:

  • Hello you are right but I tested your 2 games and in both when I press HW Back button game will close. Is there any way how to disable HW Back button??? Thank you

    I really wonder if there was no one who uses Appodel with GPG services and compiling with Cocoon IO. Please write me what do you use (plugins etc) thank you in advance.

    Or do you have any other good Ads services? I looked at Chartboost but official SDK from Cocoon IO for it seems support only banners and interstial (not video) or am I not right? Any advice or recommendation will be appreciated.

    last days I am having problem with implementation of CocconGooglePlayGames + Appodeal. <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_evil.gif" alt=":evil:" title="Evil or Very Mad">

    Basic description of the problem:

    I am using Construct 2 for my game and I am having issue with implementation of Hardware Back button on mobile devices. I have got project in C2 and there I have got Browser object that has condition "On mobile back button pressed" under it I am using action "go to layout" (some specific layout).

    In Cocoon project (for compiling) I added "inappbrowser" plugin. When I have turned OFF wi-fi on my mobile then HW Back buttons works right (every time go to defined layout) but when I turn ON my wi-fi pressing HW Back button is closing whole app. I haven't got any action for closing app in my whole project so I do not know why?

    But when I add it to my project then that problem with HW Back button appears. I tested whole project without Appodeal plugin and whole game was working well and also that HW Back button (it was with Google play games services etc) so problem is with adding that Appodeal there must be some collision with plugins or something like that. I also notice that closing whole app is does not matter on what is in C2 it is happening also with no use of "On mobile back button pressed" in C2.

    Sum it up I would like to make a game where will be Google play games services and also Appodeal services (rewarded video ads) and compile it on Cocoon IO.

    With this one Ads are OK but I am having problem with Hardware Back button when I press it in my game whole game will close... I do not have any implementation of "On mobile back button press" in project so it must be some conflict in plugins so any ideas? I will be realy glad for help because I would like to use Appodeal in project.

    I have to agree with Chadorireborn. I have a personal licence for C2 and now I am making a game for mobiles and yes that thing that the C2 doesn't have a one click export for all these platforms (.APK etc) is really bad I am using Intel XDK but there are often many problems (new versions, bugs ...) I would like to have a new C3 with all these functions like native apps one click export, Ads but is it even real for Scirra? Recently I am starting to doubt it. I like C2 but it seems it doesn't develop enough.

  • BUMP any idea? I want to know if can I modify C2 pre-created loading screen and how to modify Intel XDK splash screen (in other way than only load images)?

  • If you see it through. You will find it as an advantage actually. Imagine 3 Splascreens for your Branding, it is actually nice.

    My suggestion would be to:

    1) Choose the Progressbar & Logo option and change the icons in the (Project Bar --> Files --> Icons) into your Game App Icon. This will be the 2nd Splascreen

    2) Enable Loader Layout

    3) Make a cool Loader Layout with effects(not necessary the WebGL effects) because this will be the 3rd Splascreen of your game and this time you can already tap into the features of Construct 2.

    3) Make the 1st SplashScreen. It should be a PNG Image. And this will be shown first in your game loading.

    4) Import the 1st Splashscreen PNG Image with the required size into IntelXDK in the samefolder of the IntelXDK Project Folder and input it in the Project Build.

    Trust me if you do these procedures properly and make the splashcreen great then you will not regret it. It will make your game look professional. Look at the splashscreen of Gamevil and you will see what I mean. They have 2-3 splashcreens and it makes their game look professional.

    Thank you for reply. Okey I can imagine that but I would like to know how to set that image in Intel XDK. There are 4 slots for splash screens but with little different sizes when I want to build mobile app with resolution 960/1280 how can I set there some image that will not scale (with broken ratio)? I cant find any more detailed settings in Intel XDK.

    Next thing, can I modify that pre-created loading screen in C2? I know I can load my image like a logo but what about that progress bar (size, spacing, color, style, etc...)?
