This is an improved version of an old fx i've converted long time ago..from another shaderfx master : TDM

Tv Flicker fx .. this shader is combined code on Shadertoy from differents autors , like random,crt,scanline, rgb2hsv,makebw... etc.

Here is the live demo .. play with sliders to turn B/W and flicker factor...

Added BW or Colored, flicker factor, Scanline on/off parameters.
