  • I agree with Bootfit. Disabling Webgl makes my game looks horrible. Ashley wrote that they will not add an option to use OPENGL 1 in the editor to not clutter it but the issue seems to affect a pretty wide range of devices so something should be done on Scirra's end. I use Construct 3 to get around these kind of headaches.

  • I've tried to debug the app but I got nothing relevant to the issue. I just hope that my phone manufacturer push an update for this issue.

  • I have a strange issue lately. When I start my game on Android I see the game screen showing for a fraction of a second and after the screen turns white. The touch input is working and the the sound is still working. The same build was working flawlessly a couple days ago and I've tried an old game I've made in Construct 2 and it's working fine. I'm using Construct 3 and my test device is an Huawei P20.

  • I'm trying to upload my game to the arcade but I constantly get a server error screen. It's appears even when I try to edit my other projects and I've tried on both Chrome and Firefox.   • Anyone got issues with downloading an Apk after building it in Scirra build service. I click on download Apk and nothing happens.

  • Hi, I've seen in a article released one year ago that Construct 3 runs fine on Asus tinker board but it was buggy on a raspberry pi 3. Does it works better these days on the pi and does someone tried it on pine64 or orange pi boards?

  • Hi,

    I've published a game on Play store using Construct 2 and Intel XDK at first for compiling the app. The game was working great and the admob ads worked but I was not able to get the Play Games Services to work. The game was showing an ugly browser window with manual login options but the leaderboards and achievements where not working at all. I've tried to export with cocoon.io and the cocoon modules for Contruct 2 and I finally got the Play Services to work but the admob ads are not showing anymore and the game is not hiding the software keys like the Intel XDK. The Canvas+ engine fixed the soft keys trouble but it made the game buggy. Does anyone know how to solve this?

  • Hi, thanks for the feedback!

    I've set the goal to business license because the minimum campaign I can run on Indiegogo is 500$. I want to set a flexible funding campaign because as you say the Personal License is enough for now. But if the full goal is reached I think the Scirra team deserves all of it for what they've accomplished. I really want to see this community grow and succeed.

    As for the unfair part I will try tweaking enemy positionning to make it better and I will experiment with enemy stomping mechanics to see if it works well for the game.

    I've updated my game demo of Rats & Castles with new features and bug fixes and I really want your feedback on it!! There is some missing features that I want to add but for now I've reached the event limit of the free edition of Contruct 2. I plan to run a little Indiegogo campaign to be able to purchase a Business license and finally release the game on Android and on PC later. I hope you will have fun with the demo and leave a review if you can!
