jojoe it's a good idea to randomly shuffle, when I review the store in the future I'll think about your suggestion. For now however, a good 'fix' is for me to just not over approve on a specific day.

Hi,

The promote button simply lists some copy+paste code for you to put on your website linking to your item, it doesn't affect your listing on our store pages in any way.

Regarding the newest list, when we approve an item this goes to the top of the list. Sometimes we approve >10 items in one go, which means some might not appear on this list. I'll be more concious of this in the future and not approve that many in one go any more.

Are you able to access the promote button OK? If anything is broken or not clear, feel free to email me personally on tom at scirra.

Use upload via URL, the 404 is when the upload is too slow. Due to various complicated reasons this looks to be unsolvable for the moment which is why upload via url is offered.

Bandwidth not the issue, unfortunately some bug happened where attachments stopped working so we'll had to disable them for now.

It's a difficult bug for various reasons and I'm afraid it's not a priority for me right now. In the meantime though, use a free host like Dropbox should suffice in most cases.

I know it's not ideal, sorry! But it shouldn't be too much of a problem for most people.

It should be muted already on sellers page. I've found it it's not, it's because you've viewed the video on Youtube yourself, the settings of which override the Youtube API. For potential customers, it should be muted.

Our design decision for now is to autoplay them (muted) as it draws more attention to the listing. This is limited to 2/3 videos max on the category pages, but no limit on the sellers page. In the next upload, it will be disabled on sellers page.
