Construct doesn't have a layout plugin. Are you using a third-party addon?
This is an issue with the Cordova library - you can just ignore it for the time being, the next version of Cordova should remove the notification.
I can't see anything wrong with r164.3, it seems to work fine here. As ever if you have trouble please file a bug report following all the guidelines or we can't help.
There already is information you can provide that helps us fix them - it's what the bug report guidelines request. Other information tends not to be helpful towards fixing the bug, so it's not requested.
You already created a forum thread about this, and I already responded to that, highlighting that crashes are already automatically reported.

I just tried this and a project saved in r164 could successfully be opened in r164.2. If you encounter problems please file a bug following all the guidelines - as demonstrated here we can rarely solve a problem from a single comment alone.

Why? There doesn't seem to be any point in choosing that.
Already reported it the github's page but still got no answer.
I can't see any open issues filed about 'Minify script', and we are not aware of any other issues with it so far. Usually the problem is broken third-party addons, not Construct. If you can reproduce the issue without third-party addons please file an issue as Kyatric suggested.
