Events already work like if/then blocks. See How events work
It would be best to post in the forum about this - you're posting a comment on some release notes so it will be harder for people to help you here.
No, but there might be third-party addons that do that.
The loading progress already finishes after loading all other images in the project. That's it's whole purpose.
When you buy an entire system for ~$40, it's not surprising it's not super fast... but I think it bodes well for the future - as ever the computing power you get for a fixed price keeps increasing over time! Future models may well be more powerful.
There is experimental support for folder saves in the web version at the moment: construct.net/en/forum/construct-3/general-discussion-7/experimental-local-file-147071
Hopefully in future this will be supported by default.
WebGL 2 is off by default in Safari because it's not finished and doesn't yet work properly, which is what I count as "not yet supported". Even if something is supported, if it's not enabled by default it's not actually any use, since it will remain disabled for virtually all users in practice.
We need all the information in the bug report guidelines to be able to help. I would guess not and you're using a global layer or some such.
That's not possible in Construct 2. Construct 3 supports it though.
If you think something isn't working right please file a bug report following all the guidelines. As far as we're aware it's working correctly and we can't help without all the information requested in the bug report template.
Please file a bug report following all the guidelines so we can investigate.
This shouldn't happen and we've not heard any other reports of it happening. Perhaps check your browser settings. If you're configured it to clear local storage (or "cookies" as it is sometimes confusingly referred to as) on a periodic basis, every time it does this it will wipe all your settings.
No, it's still supported.

Please report any issues to the bug tracker following all the guidelines.
