I will take a look at the issue report. I would advise to always file an issue following all the guidelines, as usually it is impossible to help from just a comment mentioning something.
I'm not aware of any change or breakage involving that.
Is that not the correct behavior? "Full screen" should use the full display, right?
This release (r306) already targets API level 32.
I tried that too and it also worked fine for me.

It can be pretty much impossible to fix things without that information.
I would avoid using "is on mobile device". Some devices like iPads simply lie about what kind of device they are (pretending to be a macOS desktop). The definition of "mobile" is unclear too. Is a tablet with a keyboard and mouse attached a mobile or a desktop style device? It depends on the usage. You shouldn't need to rely on the classification anyway.
I just tried it and it's working fine for me in this release.
It's important to file an issue following all the guidelines if you run in to any problems. We usually need all the requested information to be able to help, otherwise we end up in this situation where we can't see anything wrong.
I just did an Android export using r305 and it ran fine on an Android 12 device.
Running the editor in NW.js is being retired, and in this release we removed a lot of the code that handled things that worked differently when the editor ran in NW.js. Nowadays you can just use the editor in Chrome/Edge and get virtually all the same features.
There were no updates specific to Construct Animate in this release - there were a couple specific to Construct 3 and all the other updates applied to both.
If you run in to any problems, please file an issue following all the guidelines, otherwise it's impossible for us to help.
