You will find 2 folders. Sprite folder contain all the sprites individually and a Tile-Set folder in which you will get a Tile-Set of size 32 x 32 so that you can use it in your game engine directly.

It's a 32 x 32 pixel size tile set. Please Note that sprite will be of different size like 32 x 64 , 64 x 64 etc.
