    It is impossible to recover the source from exported projects, for quite obvious (anti-piracy) reasons.

    You should always make use of the auto backup and auto save functionality within C2. This will not only save a local series of backups, but also create a backup off-site (Dropbox for instance) for just such a bad experience as this.

    Unfortunately this is a very difficult lesson to learn - one we have all experienced at some time.

  • In my activity I have one layout with multiple layers. The last layer is a certificate my students submit to proof (as best as I'm able) they completed the activity. I have it so there's a button they press to begin the snapshot so they can save it to their system. I also have the system take a canvas snapshot of a picture they make about halfway through the activity and transfer it to the last layer. I can get each to work on their own but not together. When I try to do the full activity it gives me an error message when the system tries to take a snapshot of the student-drawn picture Is there a way I can include both canvas snapshots?

    Blackhornet has amended R0J0hound's excellent Paster plugin to include a 'paste layer' option. May be worth a look.

    Your request is far to expansive.

    Please ensure you have read Tom's guide on 'Tips for posting'.

    You need to learn to walk first and the fact that you don't understand a tutorial proves you really need to take a little more time understanding how C2 works.

    Try to do some of the easier tutorials first to get the hang of the Event System. After that, you may find you understand the split screen tutorial better and be able to attempt something of your own.

    We want to help, but please realize we are not here to do everything for you.

    This is the 'Construct 2' How Do I section - not the php section.

    Such questions should really be asked on a php forum and not here.

    Ok, this may sound a little like a rant, but i am rather upset with the fact that i tried every way imaginable to buy Construct 2 and the website simply won't let me.

    Al right to makes thing's clear I am from Mexico, just letting you know to see if this has something to do with the issue.

    Tried debit card, didn't work, Scirra claimed that Visa cards were compatible but i guess not.

    Credit card, nope...

    So my only hope was to deposit on Paypal.... ok, went through allot of trouble (bank website was crap) waited some days and finally i see the money on the account, Ok let's finally buy Construct 2!

    Wait.. if i pay in dollars it's more expensive..? .....

    ...Well Construct 2 will have to wait.. or let's hope Scirra fixes their payment methods so i can just use my cards!

  • No tearing for me either, although I do notice the (very) slightest flicker on the floor tiles that the sprite walks on, but I don't think this is what you are referring to. Other than that, all appears to be fine.

    For reference: my system is Win 7 Pro x64 Intel I7 GeForce GTX 970 with latest WHQL drivers.

    What is your GPU and are the drivers up to date? This is usually the primary cause of graphical corruption and glitches.

  • Hello I'm New at c2 and I don't know to do at making a car game...it has all parts different and I need them to be at the same place they are when created (from main body)..but I can't help myself out....as making image point will take days for 18 cars of different sizes..is there anything to help me out????
