    You have bumped a 4 year old thread for an addon for the - now retired - Construct Classic.

    Was this intentional?

    If so, then you would need to 'Tag' the original author so they become aware of the request, just like I've tagged you.

    Be aware that Construct Classic addons are not compatible with Construct 2 and 3.

  • hi.. any new update for this plugin? i tried using it.. but i have 2 problems.. 1. when i scale the browser.. all the page is scaling down.. but the text keeps it's size (is not scalling down along with the rest of the page).. can i fix this somehow? 2. if i try to export the project for desktop.. with nw.js.. when i run the .exe the application crushes. please help me

    Considering that the last update was 5 years ago, I doubt this will be updated any time soon.

    It would save a create deal of pointless guesswork - and users time - if you just posted a .capx, as recommended in the Tips for Posting sticky from Tom.

    What does the browser error console have to say?

    A Google search says that the Gamepad API would need to support rumble. As far as I can tell, it doesn't look like it's implemented yet (def could be wrong here, but check Google for yourself).

    Ashley could probably respond more fully - hopefully on his next forum visit.

    C3 is in beta right now, if i purchased a license, is the time passing while the software is in beta?

    I would have thought it would be from the moment of purchase - whether in Beta or not is immaterial. You don't have to purchase it now, but if you do it would be on assumption that you understood you had purchased the product whilst still in Beta.

    After all, you will still have all the licensed version only options, as shown in the following table: https://www.construct.net/gb/make-games/buy-construct-3.

    This is just my opinion - I'm not a Scirra employee., but this is what I would expect If I purchased now.

  • If you search the Tutorials (I prefer to search via Google) then you will find many examples to learn from, including some with basic AI - the second result is a video tutorial that has basic AI.

    Maybe worth a look.

  • Probably best to post a .capx showing the problem, as it allows those who can help a quick way to both understand and (hopefully) rectify the issue - especially as you note that your problem is "quite hard to explain".

    Be aware that the time users have to help may be limited (due to work, life etc) so asking them to go through a tutorial to understand your problem may be a little too much.

    I'm trying to make a specific character movement style can anyone help?

    You may notice that I do not have my capx file included within this post, that is because i am using the Construct 2 platformer template.

    What I am trying to do is have the character start off moving, but once the user starts playing, they can control the Player (sprite) fully, except if the STOP moving they die. Any help with this?

    Why have you created another thread for this when you already have THIS one active?

    IMO both are asking the same thing. Just add to the active thread if you need to add more detail.

  • The majority of Arkanoid type games use the bullet behaviour perfectly well, so I'd recommend posting a .capx for a quicker resolution.
