    As a Polish citizen I must say, that is officialy the best Polish made game I ever played. ;P

    After huge Witcher 2 failure I honestly thouht our game developers have lost their minds releasing that kind of crap.

    I'm glad to be wrong!

    Dead island have everything what zombie avenger needs:

    • beautiful beach
    • zombies
    • terrifying city
    • huge arsenal of weapons - which can be upgraded and modified!
    • zombies
    • girls in bikinis ^^
    • pretty audio visual dressing
    • zombies - think i mention that already ;)
    • multi layer character skins (don't know proper name) - you can cut, scratch, smash, break, burn, slice.. that poor creatures

    If some of you get chance to play it, I really recomend that.

    My favourite move is to get yourself a machete and wait for them to run at you at full speed. Then crouch and hit they legs. That's beautiful :D

  • hey, you don't need to insert images with bugs. When any (hope not) bug appear hit CTRL+C - it will copy that bug info and then CTRL+V here to past it. Much quicker and visually better.

    For the bug, it seems to work fine for me - WIN 7 64.

  • And one more thing - try to do something with window resizing. When i make it smaller to see how it looks the screen went black and had to refresh the page

  • If I want to user to copy a text, I can do it via a classy button which appers when user hovers over the text.

    I would like to see that in action :D

  • C2 websites would be quite nice for typical portfolio websites. Simple informations, gallerys etc. For the "no right click" it's good if you do not want anyone to copy your images ;)

    Edit: and it's kind of cool to see a web page made in C2 :)

  • Use global variables to store and compare values from previous level and current level.

    There's a distance expression in C2 that automatically clculates well distance from X1,Y1 to X2,Y2 :)

    And it should work fine but that's only half way, after "distance" you will have laser end in the middle of overlapped object.

    Can be problematic if you use "on overlaping" cause there's only simple bounding box collisons for now.

    There is somewhere on the forum cap file for CC with example of instant laser, but as i can remember it usses bullet behavior with "On step" condition - whitch is not present in current C2 bullet behavior.

    minecraft and world of goo - maybe, terraria and angry birds not so much original, but as you said fun and looks great. I'm saying that because i was playing angry birds on my brothers phone and then on my fathers phone earlier one day, and after few minutes i asked myself what's so great about that game? I've played many "same ideas" games before on kongregate or armor games and to be honest I have more fun with them. Is it marketing or big sponsors doing all that?

    Same was with "amazing" Braid - called innovative, epic and ...

    again not true. There was nothing innovative and specially nothing epic about that game, but had awesome marketing. After few day Braid ads was everywhere (same with angry birds) - internet, tv, magazines and You always have seen that whether wanted or not. And for the first time with Braid i have heard "Indie games" ;)

    but apart from that i totaly afree with you lucid :)
