  • Just making a request for the object bar that seems to have been removed from C2.

    Unless it does exist and I just can't find it.

    Really helped with the workflow where I could simply view all of my objects on it own while quickly accessing my event sheets in the project bar.

  • Nice! Good luck! There will be plenty of times where you'll want to quit or feel like it'll never get finished but I believe in you. The best part in my opinion is seeing your project finally shaping up to something resembling a polished product.

  • aaaaand... serious question. What do people think if I replaced the player character with a duck and renamed the game to something like 'Quacked Crusaders'?

    Kind of a pain to do at this point, but it would be pretty funny.

    Gives the game more charm in my opinion

  • Chowdren is cool and all but it's not open for everyone from my understanding. You'd have to go through them specifically and get the process going. Kind of a brick wall

    I'm generally trying to get all of the elements in the game before doing a polish pass. I have this knack of sometimes creating and working on concepts on the fly and before i really dig into the animations, I want the game to be in beta so at that point its a matter of doing a bunch of art to bring the game to the next level.

    Being an artist sometimes though, I struggle with not creating art cause I like to have something nice to look at in the mean time. But i also have to keep in mind that I'm working on the game solo and plan to get the game out within the next 24 months so I'm evaluating how much work I want to put into each element before it becomes a 3-5 year project.

    I have been looking into getting Adobe Animate to add polish in the future. Thanks a lot for your feedback, it's very much appreciated!
