    There are a few tutorials but they are depreciated and the scripts may have stopped working. You would also have to consider security etc.

    If you are talking about a c3 subscription - scirra dont charge you for extra modules. So if you buy a c3 license it includes thee scripting feature - you don't pay for that separately.

    Where it says nodes.0.text that is where you get the value from the JSON but that does not seem to work for me.

    I think there is a way of spoofing the origin header, maybe try with submitting a header in the ajax request.

    It's a program that generates a json file from an editor, which can then be imported into a number of toolkits.

    My issue is that I don't really have any experience using json and am struggling a bit with the existing docs. I know I need to use the ajax object to request the file, then use json to parse ajax.lastdata, but after that I'm lost.

    Here's a very simple example json generated by it:

    Picked this up and I'm struggling to get even a simple dialogue file running in a test project.

    Has anyone had any luck using this program? It seems like a pretty cool little thing, kind of reminds me of Twine, but I have no idea how to implement it and the documentation doesn't really help.

    If anyone has a sample .cp3 that shows how to get this running then I'd buy them a beer.

    Could you go into more detail with this? - what is not working?

    I can take a look for you if you would like - Is this a plugin you upload to c3 or is it a program that generates a JSON file - if so you can post the JSON file and let me know what you want to do with it.

    when i click the "join" button it takes me to new layout, I made a invisible sprite entry, so every time the player enters the layout, it will always be at that position. I made it on start of layout, set player to that position.

    but now, when i click the "back" button it takes me back to the layout i was, and at that position. I dont want that, how do i fix?

    The access allow error is not your problem it is the owner of the websites they will have to enable cord. Do you own the website yourself?

    If so add the following to your .htaccess file:

    Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"

    Header set Access-Control-Allow-Headers "Content-Type"

    Header set Access-Control-Allow-Methods "GET"

  • Thank you! Does anyone know how to remove the plugin from the project. I used on a project like 5 years ago, and then it was just installed in my C2 when I started working on my new project. Not even used in the new project.

    Delete it from the project bar.

  • There are multiple ways this can be done, here are 2:

    - you can do this through MySQL and PHP and have the user create/login to accounts that you are hosting on your own MySQL database.

    -you could use the google firebase plugin and have your data stored in a google firebase database.
