    Also, what server are you using. Have you configured it to serve mp3/ogg files?

  • We tried to use it once and the packaged apks didnt play animations, probably because packaging service doesnt identify.

  • So I've been breaking my head over this for 2 days... doesnt work.

    Went ahead to manually do it.. bar file was created but not signed.. and couldnt push it to the device.

    Then tried to sign it and that kept failing.

    Now suddenly, the whole Webworks 1.x documentation went kaboom and replaced with Webworks 2.0 beta that Blackberry just announced.

    Also, this means you'll be using bbidtoken and old csj files and the blackberry export that we have is of no use now?

  • We've been trying to package the export into bar file but ran into errors.

    We used the process mentioned in

    scirra.com/tutorials/561/how-to-export-to-blackberry-10

    or

    developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/porting_construct_2_games_to_blackberry_10.html

    At step, Double-click the package_bb10_app.bat file.

    Nothing happens... we dont get the bar files. A command window comes up and disappears.

    So I ran the commands in the bat file manually and see that the error says

    [BUILD] Populating Application Source

    [ERROR] EPERM, operation not permitted 'C:\Users\Krish\Desktop\Baka_BB10_025\src\chrome'

    Would you know the reason :)

    Please help. :D

  • For us sadly, cocoonjs got the game stuck on preloading music on a custom layout. Just 30 mins ago.

    Probably will have to try appmobi.

  • I just finished building an apk from cocoonjs and have to hurry to a conference... and ALAS! the game just gets stuck at Preload screens we have that loads sound tracks and fx files.

    It's supposed to move to another layout after preloads are done... but it doesnt.

    And this sucks big time. Sadly.

    Now I need to work from a moving jumping vehicle to find a workaround.

    I see the game release date as 10.12.2013 ( we're also pushing towards one of our title release). Could get messy if we try to balance both, so honestly thats the only reason I am not pitching for this.

    Else, the game play video is attracting me and is irresistible to not want to be part of it :)

    EXCERPT ON THE GAME:

    We chose to make an open world RPG , playing a scientist who thinks world is too slow for him. He invents time machine and warps into future where he feels it could be perfect for his level of intellect.

    Instead, he finds himself ALONE, LAST MAN STANDING on an earth destroyed due to industrialization, toxic waste and human causes.

    All his beliefs about how only technology can make life better proves to be a LIE that humans tell themselves.

    His time machine is destroyed unable to hand time warp... he must find tools by exploring the earth to repair his ship and be back to the timeline where he is not alone and Earth is still beautiful and green.

    We made this game as a tribute to the big blue, the beautiful mother Earth which we are destroying at a rapid rate on the name of mankind progress.

    Statutory Warning: Game is buggy as it can be. Gamer may experience slight or heavy attacks of rage playing it :)

  • How do I enable animations if I need to play some on pause screen?

    The pause state effectively puts time to 0.. and that means if I have any animation that needs to be played on user input on the options of that screeen then it wouldnt work.

  • since the values change everytime the player shifts his position (sitting, sleeping) in the middle of the game... so we're needed to calculate new median point everytime.

    Is there a better way?

  • I used spriter animation in one of my prototypes and then when made into apk... kaboom .. didnt work :(

    When can we expect this to work for mobile platform?

    I would love to buy it when that gets fixed.

  • Android primarily.

    iOS, windows and BB would be nice though.
