  • Ashley, You guys should be proud of yourselves. You are doing good work here and C2 is an impressive software package and it keeps getting better with every release.

  • Im in Kempton park. Nice to see that there are other C2 users around right here on my door step

  • Ok, another question please. I have made decent progress using your example. Have added more levels and got things working .

So I'm using your example with its levels as World one with its 12 levels. I then tried to figure out how to duplicate all this so I can have a world 2 and 3 and so on with their respective levels. To make a long story short I'm stuck again. Please could you point me in the right direction on how to do this? Do I create another array for each world or somehow expand on the current one? Thanks

Actually the one I made is the result of me fixing it. The original of that file actually came from wayyyy back before, it's weird that it was circulated for years and nobody improvise it.

It's nice to have people like you around

  • Hi DuckfaceNinja. I did find this earlier, but was looking at fixing what I had. But now I feel it will just be better to start again using your tut and work from there. It just seems a better way overall. Wish me luck and thank you.

  • Hi all. The name's Sam, I'm from South Africa. I'm a network and Infrastructure manager by day. By night I develop games as a hobby hoping it will turn into something more one day.

  • Hi All

I know many must be tired of this question, but I'm stumped and I'm not coming right. Please can someone help me. I'm using a level select template from the forums.

This one to be exact. https://www.scirra.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=147&t=71329&p=600594&hilit=levelSelect6.capx#p600594

I'm trying to figure out how to go from one level to the next. This example and the others I have found only have one level. But Let's say you have finished level one and you click on the second level in the array it goes to level one again. What do I need to do to get to level 2,3,4,5 and so on. I've added a second level to see how I would get to it, but Its all still a bit confusing to me. I'm trying hard here but need some help please.

    Thanks

  • KaMiZoTo, your game looks really cool. That single screenshot got me interested..

If you use Phonegap Admob plugin, set the following.

    Name: Admob

    Plugin ID: com.cranberrygame.phonegap.plugin.ad.admob

[x] Plugin is located in the Apache Cordova Plugins Registry

    Thanks

    Hello

Just to confirm. Do we use these same settings with the new built in Admob plugin in the C2 beta version r182?

  • I'm for XDK and Crosswalk all the way. Would have liked to have smaller file sizes, but we can't have it all. My projects didn't run well under cocoonJS at all. Went over to crosswalk and although not quite there yet it works a lot better for me. and now we got ads an IAP.

  • yes, thank you! it has to change to com.cranberrygame.phonegap.plugin.ad.admob , it can be found in the githublink

Awesome. so its working for you now and is that all you changed? I'll be trying it out this weekend.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • Hello fldr.

Did you update any settings in XDK before you build? I'm wondering if this should not change? with build 180 it was:

    Name: AdMobPluginPro

    Plugin ID: com.google.cordova.admob

[x] Plugin is located in the Apache Cordova Plugins Registry

Now that 181 is using the cranberry plugin should above not change?

  • Wow. Good work

  • Hey this is great Patrick. What app did you use for the pixel art?
