  • Problem Description

Platformer Object fails to walk towards 2 intersecting Jumpthru tiles. The Platformer seems to get confused when processing 2 jumpthru at the same time. There are some cases that one jumpthru tile that is above the platformer object and is overlapping is becoming solid and the other fails to be solid while the platformer is above it. Some cases also that the Jumpthru is completely ignored and causes the platformer object to go through the jumpthru.

  • thongnt5999 - That is dependent on your computer specs. If your computer is outdated or if it doesn't meet the necessary requirements to run Construct 2 then it will really run slow.

  • Nice Game, very artistic especially that it is an anime type dressup .

  • Braus - I guess you could do that in Construct 2 but you need to learn many things first like getting familiar with almost all Construct 2 advanced features to be able to do that and also you should know a little bit of networking and you need the right third party plugins to make other features work.

  • - I tested both on my old & new (not expensive) phone and it didn't show any problem. I tested the sample file on my old phone considering that it may be caused by a lag or delay but still works fine and tested on my new phone considering that it might be a compatibility issue and it still works fine. I also tested it on my ultrabook and it still works.

Have you checked your touch recently for any problem? If not then maybe it is an android marshmallow problem.

  • Try Construct 3

  • Boss95 - It is pretty good

  • Very Nice Game. The uniqueness is what I admire on this game.

  • mahdi71 - This is what happens if you don't read the manual or learn the program and already start complaining. It is clear to us active users that you don't know much about Construct 2 and you are already starting to complain. My advice to you is to learn C2 first then you'll know all your misunderstandings. This is clearly a bait.

  • lucid - I would also like to try it out. I thought the current scml plugin was fast enough, I didn't imagine it will get faster not to mention the vast difference of performance. Good to know you guys keep improving C2 integration of spriter. This is a very good news for me since almost all my animations are made with spriter and ran using the scml plugin. I'll be happy to try and test it out.

  • SmallBull - Nice Game and very wonderful graphics, especially that you made it yourself.

  • I agree on what ashley said regarding memory usage but you should still destroy non-used objects on the layout on startup on negative(-) coordinates since many objects present on the layout (even invisible) still affects fps and cpu usage. I recommend preload images on startup by putting all sprites(images) or tiledbackgrounds(images) that are going to be used on you layout on the outside part of the layout and destroy on startup , create to insert the outfit & destroy to remove the outfit.

  • Kraplanta - Q3D is a paid set of plugins created by QuaziGNRLnose . It is a combination of plugins and behaviors that will make 3D making in Construct 2 easier/doable.

This will be a good tool for your creation of 3D Monster Hunter game alike.

  • Very Nice Game. It would also be better if you could add some color.

  • Just saw a link posted in the forum and when I went to the link, I saw the old Scirra Store
