The problem wasn't at backend server also not from the Construct project, but it's from the browser, Idk why it happening with my mozilla and chrome, and it doesn't affect to my nwjs browser.
How to prevent this happening? the data was sended twice.

you can add one more condition with comparing global variable value for each event that triggered by touch.
you can use AJAX for doing that hiddenly. Make sure to add Cross Origin at your php header script.

After a lot of research i figure out that drop a php file to a webhost its not correct.
Well, actually maybe it's because you don't use Cross Origin at your php file header.
It's depend on your NWjs export setting
you can use array for placing that value
