Yep, I just got the warning from Google Play, regarding the usage of old version of their GMA SDK (and I've updated the app a few days ago using the latest stable version of C3, r397):
com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads has added this note for play-services-ads:20.6.0:
You may not be able to release future versions of your app with this SDK version to production or open testing.
I hope that Mobile Advert will be updated according to this, soon.
