What a very original game! I wouldn't really call this a "replication" for a few reasons. To start, the cacti are replaced with spikes (I kind of like how you didn't want to look like you were really ripping the dino game off that much). Plus, you earn points by jumping over the spikes while in the original game you earn points by staying alive (rapidly). And the points system is a bit buggy. The reason why I say this is because if you tried, you can go back and jump over a spike you jumped over and back to the front to earn more points. I don't know if you overlooked this but it would be nice if it was fixed. Plus, you can't duck like in the original version and there aren't any birds (Understandable because I'm sure this is an early version correct?). I do like how the dinosaur has a different sprite than the original version as well! I have high hopes that this take on a game that appears when wifi isn't available becomes great! :D
Hi! I really appreciate your feedback I looked over the code and I've currently fixed the point system, I'm in the works of more gameplay and more quality of life changes and I'm glad you have such high spirits for something so unfinished!
