I dont know why I turned on Mobile Avert at Test mode, it worked, but didnt with real Admob ID

No, I mean I tried to update my app that was published already, not the new one. :(. My friend updated new version with real ID but didn't work. I don't know why and I am scare if I publish, do the ad appear? That is my problem.
