    • It’s a Japanese tradition to say that before you eat (kinda like saying grace) it just means I accept it humbly it basically means you know what plants or animal was sacrificed to make your meal and also the hard work and effort people put in it to make it so ye I don’t speak Japanese I just watch anime (If you can’t tell by my ,also I am a weeb ) and I also had a Japanese exchange student
